Hello.  Thank you for letting us know about the problems.

The developers at cPanel (the software you use to manage your hosting account) forced an upgrade a few days ago that we were told would be a background operation, and wouldn't affect any of our customers. While this was true for the most part, some of our customers have had some issues, MySQL errors being the most common, but also webmail and some other symptoms.

Our system admin have been working on this intermittent issue throughout the day, and will continue to resolve individual problems over the weekend. We have submitted a ticket with cPanel, but their help should be unnecessary.

We believe this issue is resolved for everyone now, but please reply if the problem persists overnight, or if you suspect this isn't the issue you're currently having.
